In 1978, we ventured into the electrical contracting business, undertaking internal electrification projects in high-rise residential and commercial buildings, luxury hotels, and government offices in the Delhi-NCR region.

Expanding our services further, in 2000, we added engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects to our portfolio. These projects encompassed the design, engineering, supply, and commissioning of electrification works in the power distribution and power transmission sectors. To date, we have successfully commissioned over 3000 km of power cables.

In 2014, Mr. Kunwar Vipul Singh, son of the founder, joined our team as the Executive Director. With extensive global experience acquired from leading multinational industries such as Fosters Group Australia, IBM Australia, Monash University Melbourne, and the Dept of Human Services Victoria Australia, Mr. Singh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. He holds an M-Tech accreditation from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.

Combining his global experience with our years of industry knowledge, extensive research, and product development, we transformed our vision into reality in 2019 by establishing our own manufacturing brand. Since then, our focus has been on delivering quality, safety, innovation, and excellence.

To ensure the highest standards of quality, our conductor production division exclusively sources equipment from NIEHOFF, a leading German original equipment manufacturing company. Our manufacturing plant in Greater Noida is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, and a fully equipped in-house quality test lab facility. This enables us to maintain consistent and superior product quality that competes well with the finest in the world.

Our Team

Mr. Kunwar Veerendra Singh (Founder & Chairman): A visionary leader with almost 50 years of electrical industry experience, he spearheaded the success of Industrial Electrics. His mantra of driving growth through quality, innovation, technology, and governance has shaped the evolution of our firm. From trading electrical goods to executing major projects, he was behind the establishment of KVVS Wires & Cables (manufacturing brand) in 2019.
Mr. Kunwar Vipul Singh (Executive Director): An NRI with 23+ years of experience, primarily in Australia, has established a cutting-edge, fully automated manufacturing facility, equipped with futuristic technology sourced from industry leaders in Germany, France, Switzerland, and the United States.

Quality Laboratory

We have 1600 sq. ft. of NABL Accredited Quality Lab, where we conduct more than 25 tests on cables to ensure compliance with specifications before dispatch. Each consignment is accompanied by a test report detailing the results of the tests conducted in our laboratory. A brief of tests done by us is given below:

Test on Raw Materials: We procure superior quality raw materials exclusively from approved vendors. Testing begins at the vendor end, and upon receipt, the raw materials are re-tested and accompanied by a test report.
Conductor: The conductor undergoes testing in accordance with IS: 8130:2013, incorporating the latest amendments. Additionally, we are capable of conducting any additional tests as per the requirements of our clients.
P.V.C. Compound: The PVC compound is subjected to tests in accordance with IS: 5831:1984/IS 17048:2018 standards. Furthermore, we are capable of conducting any additional tests as per the client-specific requirements.

Production Facility

Our production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment that align with cutting-edge technology. Here, we have a Cable Printer which is sourced from the Industry Leader, LEIBINGER, a German company. Further, we also have a state-of-the-art Glue Machine with Glue System from one of the world leader, Valco Melton, USA known for providing the best solutions for providing cold glue solution to the Wires and Cables Industry. These resources allow for adjustments and customization to accommodate technological advancements. This capability reduces production costs, enabling us to offer competitive pricing on products. It also prepares us for future challenges and opportunities.

Our Warehouse

At our warehouse, products such as Electric Wires, Flexible Cables, House Wires, Twin Flat 2SQMM Speaker Cables, etc., are stored systematically. Our diligent warehouse workers ensure that the stock is properly labelled, and stored according to product names, quantities, and batch information. They carefully inspect stock for any damage or wear, promptly reporting any faults or discrepancies. Our inventory management system ensures that the right products are available to clients at the right time and in the right quantities.
